THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN REGION 9 (the primary location for this individual will be dependent upon the candidate selected)   Knowledge Services has an opportunity with the FSSA/Division of Family Resources as an Eligibility Specialist Working Lead. This position is responsible for mentoring the Eligibility Specialists that are assisting Indiana residents who are applying and/or receiving public assistance.   The Eligibility Specialist Working Lead will act as a liaison between Knowledge Services, DFR Management, and the Eligibility Specialist. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to work collaboratively with current Eligibility Specialists. A current understanding of Eligibility Specialist job duties and expectations is essential.   Knowledge Services,  established in 1994 and headquartered in Indianapolis IN, is a certified woman-owned (WBE) professional services organization with over 1500 employees located in offices throughout North America.  Founded by Julie Bielawski, CEO, Guidesoft, Inc.
