THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN REGION 7 - EVANSVILLE, IN (the primary location for this individual will be dependent upon the candidate selected)   Knowledge Services has an opportunity with the FSSA/Division of Family Resources as an Eligibility Assistant Working Lead. This position is responsible for mentoring the Eligibility Assistants that are assisting Indiana residents who are applying and/or receiving public assistance.   The Eligibility Assistant Working Lead will act as a liaison between Knowledge Services, DFR Management, and the Eligibility Assistants. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to work collaboratively with current Eligibility Assistants.
