THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN BOONE, CLINTON, FOUNTAIN, HAMILTON, MARION NORTH, MONTGOMERY, TEPPECANOE, or WARREN COUNTY (the primary location for this individual will be dependent upon the candidate selected)   Knowledge Services has an opportunity with the FSSA/Division of Family Resources as an Eligibility Assistant Working Lead. This position is responsible for mentoring the Eligibility Assistants that are assisting Indiana residents who are applying and/or receiving public assistance.   The Eligibility Assistant Working Lead will act as a liaison between Knowledge Services, DFR Management, and the Eligibility Assistants. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to work collaboratively with current Eligibility Assistants. A current understanding of Eligibility Assistant job duties and expectations is essential.   Knowledge Services,  established in 1994 and headquartered in Indianapolis IN, is a certified woman-owned (WBE) professional services organization with over 1500 employees located in offices throughout North America.  Founded by Julie Bielawski, CEO, Guidesoft, Inc.
